All sales are FINAL, no refunds are provided for any reason.
Vendor requested cancelation: If a vendor business requests to cancel their reserved space for any reason, the vendor business forfeits all pre-paid funds, rights to the space. The remaining balance of the Vendor Agreement and Invoice remains due as per the terms of the Vendor Agreement.
Event Cancelation and/or Postponement: Force Majeure
Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. shall not be liable for any damage or expense incurred by Vendor in the event the show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled. If, for any reason beyond the control of Alaska Markets & Events, Inc, the show is not held, Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. will retain so much of the amount paid by Vendors as necessary to defray expenses already incurred by the Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. Any amount not retained by Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. will be credited back to the Vendors account with Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. and can be used towards a future event with Alaska Markets & Events, Inc. within the same calendar year.
No refunds of paid funds will be offered for any reason.
