We’re excited to add you to our list of local musicians who volunteer their time and talent to perform each summer! Not local? No worries! If you’re planning to be in Anchorage over a summer weekend and are looking for a fun, festive place to perform, we’d love to have you!

The Anchorage Market loves supporting the performing arts community in Alaska! Entertainment opportunities include busking in the aisles, a performance stage is not available at this time. All types of (family friendly) music and performances welcome; we love variety!

As a reminder, all entertainment at our events is provided by you on a volunteer only basis. Admission to our events is free for customers.
Entertainers may collect tips and sell performance related merchandise during your performance.

Busking:

Entertainers are able to “busk” or perform in the aisles of the Market for as long as you’d like. During your busking performance you may collect tips and sell performance related merchandise. You may NOT require payment for your performance unless approved by Market Management in writing prior to the performance.

Busking performers must ensure the vendors around them are content with the performance, if a vendor requests that you relocate you must do so.

Buskers must check-in with Market Management prior to setting up for a performance.
