Tent Vendors *

I will not cook under or within 3' of any canopy or sidewalls. This includes mine and my neighbors unless the canopy and sidewalls is made of noncombusitble materials such as metal roofing.
I will not have a cooking appliance within 10' of any generator, mine or my neighbors
I will not have a gernerator within 10' of any fuel source including propane, mine or my neighbors
I understand that is it highly recommended and advised that I remove the fabric canopy and sidewalls from my tent and replace it with a noncombustible material such as metal roofing. This will allow me more flexibility when laying out my booth space.
I will only have a tent in the first 10' of my booth space. The back 10' of my booth space is for cooking only and will not have a tent, unless the fabric canopy is removed and replaced with tin roofing or a noncombustible material.

Fire Extinguisher Requirements *

Extinguishers in trailers and/or vehicles shall be mounted on a vehicle mounting bracket, charged with a current tag
K-Class Extinguisher (req. when cooking w/ grease-laden vapors & solid fuel) with current annual inspection tag attached
I have at least two 3A:40:BC extinguisher with current annual inspection tag attached
I have my completed fire extinguisher training certificate available

Electrical Requirement *

Relocatable power taps shall be polarized or grounded type, equipped with overcurrent protection and shall be listed in accordance with UL 1363
Power taps shall be UL listed for the amps/wattage for the device(s) plugged into it
Extension cords and power taps shall be rated for outdoors
Extension cords shall be listed with a 3-wire ground type plug
Extension cords shall be a minimum 14 gauge wiring for 1 to 15 amps or 12 gauge wiring for 16 to 20 amp loads; maximum length 50' feet
Electrical cords shall be inspected for damage
Extension cords shall not be ran through walls, roof, or under floors
Permanent wiring shall be secured and protected in electrical housing/conduit
Electrical cords exposed as trip hazards shall be protected with bridges or housings
Fixed generator greater than 10' feet from cooking operation and fuel source
Fixed generator greater than 18
Fixed generator exhaust shall be pointed away from propane, people and combustibles No open spaces on fuse panel
