This Vendor Contract and Online Agreement is a binding legal document between ALASKA MARKETS & EVENTS, INC. hereinafter “AMEI”) and customer listed immediately below (hereinafter "Vendor") *

1. AGREEMENT For and in consideration of Vendor’s Contract and Online Agreement to pay rent in exchange for AMEI’s agreement to contract space to Vendor on the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth hereafter, AMEI does hereby reserve, demise, and let unto Vendor and Vendor does hereby hire and take from AMEI the portion of the Anchorage Market Area specified in Vendor Contract (said portion being referred to hereafter as the “Contracted Space”). 2. TERM: CONTRACTED SPACE The term of this Contract shall commence at 7:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Savings Time on each of the Saturdays or Sundays designated hereafter, for which Vendor has paid, in advance, the appropriate charges set forth below and the term shall end at 7:30 p.m. Alaska Daylight Savings Time, on each Saturday; or on each Sunday; or on the Sunday should both days have been contracted within one weekend. The Contracted Space and the days included in the term of this Contract, so long as Vendor has paid the appropriate rental charge in advance, shall be the space location noted on Vendor's invoice:

I understand that ALL vendors must have a fire extinguisher in their booth space at all times with current, annual inspection tag affixed to the fire extinguisher. *

Anchorage Fire Regulations under IFC2018 require that all Tents and Canopies must have the manufacturers tag attached to the structure stating that the entire structure meets NFPA-701 standards. *

Amenities: Additional rental charges are due based on certain variables fully described in the Anchorage Market Vendor Handbook. Vendor and AMEI agree that the amount of rent due under this Contract, including amounts due for Base Rent and for additional charges, are as follows:

1 Day Single 10'x10' Tent Rental and Setup.

We setup and take down the tent, includes all labor for setup and take-down. Does not include sidewalls.

Weekend Single 10'x10' Tent Rental and Setup

We setup and take down the tent, includes all labor for setup and take-down. Does not include sidewalls.

6’ Folding Table Rental

Chair Rental

Fire Extinguisher Rental

Extinguisher must be returned each day/weekend.

For all reservations made within 3 days of the reserved day/weekend, an additional fee of $15 will be added to your final invoice. *

Only Alaskan grown fresh & unaltered produce or plants, meat and seafood may be sold from spaces with this SPECIAL PRICING. Why? We love Alaska Grown! Space does not include tent. Any other items found to be sold from space will result in full standard booth rent of $95 per day becoming due immediately. *

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS AND PROVISIONS APPEAR IN THIS CONTRACT. THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND PROVISIONS, THE ENTIRE ANCHORAGE MARKET VENDOR HANDBOOK and THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE A PART OF THIS CONTRACT AND ARE LEGAL BINDING ON VENDOR. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Contract to be duly executed, intending to be legally bound hereby as of the day and year first above-written. *
